John Segreti, Principal/Executive Vice President – Development, has more than 20 years experience in large-scale development and construction projects. Mr. Segreti has worked for such nationally known firms as The Bozzuto Group, The Clark Construction Group, and Shell Oil Company. He has been involved with a wide variety of product types including: office buildings; national museums; mixed-use projects; high-rise & garden-style multi-family projects; command and control facilities; offshore oil production platforms and several high security projects.
Mr. Segreti received a MS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech. and a BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Mitchell Yentis, Principal/Executive Vice President – Acquisitions & Finance, is a 20-year industry veteran specializing in real estate acquisitions, development and finance. Mr. Yentis has been directly involved in the acquisition and capitalization of over $1 billion in assets for institutional investors and owners such as AIMCO, a multi-family REIT, and Deutsche Bank/RREEF.
Mr. Yentis earned a MBA from Columbia University and a BBA in Finance with Honors from the University of Miami.
Kevin Woodley, Vice President, has more than 9 years of experience specializing in real estate acquisitions, development, and finance. He has been involved in the acquisition and capitalization of over $475 million in assets. Kevin has experience with a wide variety of product types including: residential, mixed-use commercial projects, hotel, retail, and high-rise projects. Kevin was the Development Manager for the Petworth Safeway project, a $65 million mixed-use project containing 205 below grades parking spaces, a state of art 60,000/sf grocery store, and 218 residential units. Prior to joining Duball, LLC Kevin worked in Private Wealth Management for Merrill Lynch.
Kevin earned a MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University.
Larry Kiss, Senior Construction Manager, has more than 30 years of experience in the construction of large scale projects. Mr. Kiss has worked for national companies such as KBR Building Group and Mellow Stuart as well as family owned construction companies. He has been involved with a wide variety of projects including office building, performing arts theater, schools, prisons, energy plant, continuing care retirement village and high rise multifamily projects. Additionally Larry has performed work as a structural engineer.
Mr. Kiss received a bachelor of civil engineering and a masters of engineering management from the University of Detroit. He is a registered engineer.
Brian Roach, Development Manager, has over 10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects. Brian joined Duball in 2016 and is currently the Development Manager of Cheval, Duball’s 71 unit mixed-use condominium project under construction in Bethesda, Maryland.
Prior to joining Duball, Brian provided construction management at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Brian has experience managing projects in a wide variety of product types including office, higher education, multifamily and senior living. Brian earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College.
Charles Battle, Development Manager, has more than 17 years of experience in varied areas related to real estate development and construction. Mr. Battle has been involved in the development management and construction management of approximately $1 Billion worth of projects – including complex commercial, mixed-use, high-rise, new multi-family residential, and rehabs in both suburban and urban settings. Prior to joining Duball, LLC, Mr. Battle worked for some of the biggest, and most respected names in the industry – including: Clark Construction, Bozzuto, and Madison Homes, Inc.
Mr. Battle received a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree from Howard University, and retains real estate licenses in Maryland and DC.
