· Units ranging in size from 530 to 2,300 sq. feet
Highlights:
· Revitalization of land occupied by 6 historic rowhomes, which sat vacant for 20 years
· Gut rehab of the historic structure, with the addition of a new 6-story modern tower on the site
· Close to iconic DC landmarks like Tabard Inn (next door), and the Irongate restaurant (across the street)
