The Longfellow Office Building was acquired by a Duball related entity in July 2024. Currently it is an under-utilized office building, with a false façade added in the 80’s that conceals the original 1941 modern façade and features. Our plan is to convert it to a multi-family residential building and in so doing bring back much of the original Modern Architecture that made the building world-renowned when it opened in 1941. Design is now under-way, with construction expected to start sometime in 2025.
