Project scope:

· 68 luxury condominium units.  29 units within 6 Historic wood-framed row homes, and 39 within a new 6-story light-gauge/concrete frame building, with 1-story of underground parking.

· Units ranging in size from 530 to 2,300 sq. feet

Highlights:

· Revitalization of land occupied by 6 historic rowhomes, which sat vacant for 20 years

· Gut rehab of the historic structure, with the addition of a new 6-story modern tower on the site
